Cancellation Policy

1. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is processed. 2. No Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued except at the sole discretion of the owner. 3. Rescheduling: One (1) emergency reschedule is permitted per booking. Requests must be communicate within 24 hours of your scheduled time and used within 60 days. Subject to availability and PFLG approval. No-shows forfeit the entire booking. 4. Studio Time: Your booking includes setup, shooting, and breakdown. Do not arrive more than 10 minutes early. Overage is billed at your hourly rate + $10/hr in 30-min increments. 5. Capacity: Maximum 4 people at a time. All guests must be listed at booking. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 6. Conduct: No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances. No open flames, glitter, or confetti. Keep music at reasonable levels. 7. Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of studio property. Any broken or damaged equipment must be replaced at the client's expense. The space must be returned as found. A $75 cleaning fee applies for excessive mess. A $150 refundable damage deposit may be required for larger productions. 8. Content: Clients own their content. Adult, explicit, illegal, or hateful content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination with no refund or reschedule. 9. Liability: PFLG Enterprise is not responsible for client content, outcomes, or personal belongings. Clients agree to hold PFLG Enterprise harmless from claims arising from their use of the studio.
